From my experience in the Netherlands and Spain, I can confirm that each country, and even specific cities, can have very different rules regarding taxes, financing, and zoning.For example:Taxes: In the Netherlands, rental income is not taxed directly but falls under wealth tax (Box 3), making it a unique opportunity for investors.

I can't speak for any other wholesalers, but I know I just got a wholesale deal off MLS working with the realtor and was able to offer more than the sellers minimum, while also matching my buyers buy box.

The most expensive exchanges are typically "one offs" done by an an attorney with no economy of scale which is a direct result of little direct experience.However I'd also counsel that you not simply look for the cheapest "fill in the boxes" internet intermediary either.  

@Aaron Zimmerman my old Chicago buy box (Albany Park, Rogers Park, Irving Park, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood Manor) has moved pretty far away from my preferred fundamentals.
