Unless the medical condition meets the state criteria for early termination and that the medical notice does not appear to suggest that, you cannot terminate the lease outright/immediately but that you will begin to market the property for rental and upon securing an acceptable tenant, the lease can be terminated pending a satisfactory property walkthrough indicating no damages.

I have had inspectors look at rooms on renovations that were not permitted (we weren't even doing work in the rooms) and asked that certain changes to be made to bring the room up to code (it was minimal).

. - PM charges minimal fees.- PM is contractually obligated to perform annual maintenance/inspection to keep property in top shape. - PM provides a cash based accounting report every month, for every unit under management, that clearly labels all rent, all expenses, including management fees, and the net directly ties to the amount of money deposited into my bank account.- PM is a licensed handyman, or has them on staff, and takes care of most unit turn work at a reasonable rate. - PM has no breakup/termination fee- PM does not take project management fees, except on large or complicated CapEx projects exceeding $5,000.

I will not know that until I climb under the house and into the attic etc... for inspectionThe area is close to things and is not in a indicated crime location and has a very nice open lot area on the corner with it but again assuming the tenants stay and lease I am looking at that as a smaller issue..Thanks for bringing up the concerns but I have tried to do my due diligence but do not really know is the analyzing aspect has missed something major.
