You may only need to do a metes and bounds description of the new parcels and avoid a plat process and avoid getting council approval.

Well it was a profit of nearly 100%, took 7 months to do so almost 200%...but we met a very neat individual who buys property in obscure places and takes them from 'scrapers' to family homes by working with low income skilled individuals.

I believe the PM lives an hour and a half away (purchased PM business that we were previously using) and didn't visit the home before sending out the plumber because they didn't seem to know any more details about the invoice than what was written in the description.

Is that true for Amazon,  Meta, Apple, Microsoft, Google.

I’m sure they have people who do that kind of thing as part of their job description. 

The city is growing and the macroeconomics is great - lots of job growth and population growth and major tech companies moving out here and developing like Intel, Google, Amazon, Meta, etc.

I once met a newbie who knew next to nothing but asked some of the most insightful questions, sparking great discussions.

Pricing, photos, description, and early guest ratings are critical for long-term performance.

I don't think it will be as simple as trying to just undo what the last owner did; you're going to need legal descriptions of each lot and that generally requires a survey.
