I am looking for recommendations for  Property management companies in Huntsville,AL - who have experience managing small/med size Apartment complexes.

I advertised on the UW Med School bulletin board and had a terrific response.

I ask because a realtor has asked me to be exclusive, so my first thought was are YOU exclusive with me?? :D

Norman around the university and midtown/inner city northside with the hipsters, OCU, and the med school has to be an easy buck or two.

The home is just 5 blocks from the med school and 4 blocks from the University.

Of course the money must be used for med expenses, but you end up saving money on medical insurance premiums and by self-directing the account, it can grow to a sizable account for not only medical expenses in retirement, but an account which can be passed down to heirs.Any thoughts, experiences, etc.?
