Congrats @Emily Pena - I'm also an agent (working mostly with investors), property manager and an investor myself (currently owning 26 rental units). 

We don't directly manage properties.

No dealing with tenants or long-term property management.

I've researched some of the property managers in the area but can't seem to find much information on them.
