So now I got a letter from an injury lawyer not in the LLC name Ā (the property owner by LLCĀ )Ā but in the name of the HoA however the LLC address not the HoA address (the law firm seems confused it idk).

This is because DSCR loans do not follow/ pass consumer protection laws. when you live in the property, it creates massive problems for this loan type and the lender which would issue it to you.Ā
