Also, the term "house hacking" is generally used for your owner occupied home (renting out rooms in your primary home) and that income cannot be used to help you qualify (it is considered boarder income).

I was thinking a bridge loan might be an option , and then refi it later and pay back the bridge loan,  but I'm waiting for lenders to reach back out and run some numbers.

@Allen Zhu if you are refinancing out of a DSCR loan, you don't typically refinance into short-term hard money loans.

And what are your thoughts about the loan estimate sheet?
