Enforcing a lease and following the law is not harassment.

Sellers sign a settlement disclosure regarding rent and escrows that is enforceable.  

Creating them, enforcing them or cancelling them is not my job. 

If I am wrong, then please clarify what is and what is not allowed in response to someone stating that they need a CPA.If I am correct, then let me tell you that these rules are enforced very inconsistently, and there're a few people who have been committing these violations repeatedly for months, seemingly without any repercussions for this behavior.

The verbiage on the contract, concealing your NET, being able to truly purchase with cash..... but most importantly, I am a firm believer that more legislation will come in (Oklahoma, Illinois, NJ) are examples - and assignments will one day be banned, especially for those non-licensed.

This is because the signatures on the promissory contract are only legal/ enforceable if actually witnessed by a lawyer, not a fake one!
