Do I have to legally disclose to my boss that I will have my sales agent license and have a brokerage sponsor that is someone different outside the MF development company?

It may be a tough pill to swallow if you feel you’re totally right, but you may be surprised at the LEGAL opinion rendered by counsel.  

Seek legal advice, however, what I understand is that there are really two way to wholesale that is legal in the state of Arkansas.

Our firm is planning on starting a Portal (legal term) next year on our roadmap because with $5M as the new threshold this really can move the needle for certain projects and sponsors.

Is there any legal action one can take or is it just a lost cause?

Now most of the time we don't see househackers/investors use in-house or portfolio loans from banks because sometimes they have more restrictive guidelines and higher fees for holding it which might cause the numbers not to work or for the deal not to go through entirely. 

I learned so much along the way, including navigating the legal process needed to remove previous owners (squatters) who did not want to leave.
