One of the the Old Dawgs REI podcast episodes, then later echoed in the Bigger Pockets podcast this past week, talked about a statement that Simon Sinek has, more or less, developed his entire leadership strategy on, which was "know your 'why?'"

Tenants are humans and humans crave strong leadership.

If there was a politician, State, Federal or anywhere in your current National election cycle that you felt had the personal integrity and ethical leadership values to take control of the ship - who would it be and why?

Collaboration does not require leadership and can sometimes bring better results through decentralization and egalitarianism In particular, teams that work collaboratively can obtain greater resources, recognition and reward when facing competition for finite resources.

ps- I agree with Mike, we need new leadership.
