The advertisers in the financial space usually pay much more per advertisement than say Frito Lay or something of that nature because it's a much more targeted space.And yes I completely agree with you in regards to his channel growth.

i provide dishwasher if we are putting a new kitchen. also a garbage disposal.sometimes i provide washers/dryers if i have extra laying around (i always seem to have them).sometimes i have purchased fridges and ovens since it's best to invest in capital expense and get a tenant than to have a house sit empty forever.our lease also states that tenants should purchase the appliance plan, which noone really does purchase.

Third, I was reading Small and Mighty (thanks Nathan Gesner) and found myself doing a "Wait a minute..." when he lays out that for B-ish SFHs he wants at least 6-7% rental income (after expenses), 3% appreciation, relative to the house price.

You can only use a handyman for jobs under $500 as I recall....which will exclude tile, drywall, insulation, paint and well pretty much everything....
