I would change the above language about doing your best to keep personal and LLC transactions separate to ABSOLUTELY do that with no exceptions or your LLC is a waste.

i think its fishy, I got one from a Chinese  lady , & stated all that i can provide is on the airbnb platform , they never came back again , i think this confirms its fishy, very similiar language  , dont send anything

@Chris Seveney, but you forgot to mention that the email subject had 3 fire emojis, 3 dollar sign emojis and some arrows to make sure you see it.This reminds me of a the language the Mogul Club uses.

I took the position that IF he is doing what he says he is doing, some regulations like earnest money, and mandatory bold lettered language telling the seller what you’re doing, shouldn’t affect his gig. on that note, some deals I refuse to provide POF.

If there is contigency language in the contract then I would leverage that language to cancel the deal if it's not going to work & request the EMD back.

Depends on the contract language, but under typical language the seller is obligated to the sale if all contract terms have been met, and the jilted buyer can usually get a legal block prohibiting the sale to another party.
