People were inspired to think about passive income and other investments by what I taught them and the success stories I shared.It was important to keep in mind, though, that not everyone would be a good investment.

Josh and Brandon brought different views and strengths to the show - Brandon was kind of the inspirational, "rah-rah" guy while Josh was the quintessential New Yorker, calling BS on things that needed to be called BS and bringing reality and humility to the show.

You gave me a lot to think about, I am confident the rent can be increased and have a contractor/property manager lined up who has inspired a lot of confidence and comes with good references.

Sam Wegert's podcast episode about Co-Living investing inspired me to setup a BP account and seek more information.After looking at my local occupancy laws in and around Nashville, I'm finding that most places are not allowing more than three unrelated occupants per house.

I think many will be inspired by your youth and give you a shot.
