I have spent the last few years working in the Pre-Fab ADU space and now working with a company called Live Near Friends and help people buy real estate with the purpose of living closer to the people they care about. 

This economic pressure, combined with evolving consumer shopping habits and increased competition, may continue to drive changes in the local supermarket landscape.The future of these vacant retail spaces remains uncertain.

The 2-story building had a restaurant on street level and office spaces on the 2nd floor.

Everyone has their own room and a bathroom and they share common space such as living room, dining room and a kitchen and they are one the same lease.

We're in the larger multifamily space, but regardless location is pretty universal.  

One thought was to move the thermostats from the apartments to a single conditioned space and place temperature monitors in each unit to make sure the apartments are at a comfortable level.

My wife wanted to move somewhere with more space, so I jumped on the opportunity.
