I've looked into the one-stop shop tools, but none are quite as good as these individual tools yet in my opinion. 

KNOWING real estate (or delivering babies) is a requirement for an expert. 

So many intellegent and supportive individuals on here, you will get out what you put in.

If you control how they perform tasks, set their hours, or provide tools, they should likely be a W-2 employee, requiring you to withhold taxes and comply with payroll regulations.

Current individual stock portfolio (non-retirement accounts) with holdings that might be volatile in the next few years (big tech & big oil). $51k is about 17% of the portfolio and gains on the stock holdings are already 100-200% (long-term).

You would need to comp them out (I use AirDNA premium) and underwrite each individually.

Looking to either sell individually or as a package to an investor.

The City could also require solar power.

And start the tedious process of building those relationships.Or you could skip all that and find a mentor that also has the community of likeminded people.It will take you less time but is likely going to require an up front investment.Btw have you done a deal yet or would this be your first?
