Does anyone know of any gov't paid rental programs (not Section 8) where I can provide all inclusive rentals to special needs individuals (hearing impaired, blind, etc) or vets and rent these single family homes by the room to these individuals.

And you're right about Texas.As far as the over value rate goes.... if all cash buyers can get a discount, then credit impaired folks should pay more (and they expect too).

Im also visually impaired, and wanted to try and sell homes because it's something i think i could do and i could do it with out having people turnign em down from jobs all the time.
