Humbly speaking, I would've thought within 5 years something would've clicked to reach my goal.

So I would humbly have to say that one of the best masterminds I have attended has been the ones I host in Costa Rica.

There are also folks here who can help guide you through the process (ex. estimating the scope of work, working with contractors, distribution of funds for the project, etc) which is very important when completing your first couple of projects (in my humble opinion).

In my humble opinion, ADU regulation's must be loosened across the board, and fast!
