As individual humans, we like to complain about others not helping or sabotaging our efforts (generally speaking)...but the reality is we usually get in our own way. 

What an amazing group of humans.

It's human of you to feel guilty and I don't think you need to "just hire a property manager" like the other comments have said.

When someone presents to "tap" Private-$ we want to do as little thinking as humanly possible, that's to say the burden is on you the proposed borrower to present a complete, detailed "pitch" outlining the allocation of every cent, contingencies, time-lines, data supporting each action item.

It was the largest human migration in American history, far exceeding that of the West.

This is why clients need to stay in touch with us and monitor the tides in these human affairs. 

I was notified by the Fire dept since they were involved due to risk of human trafficking. 

Humans are social creatures at the end of the day and I personally like to know who I might be dealing with if they can either be a friendly neighbor, a nuisance, or beneficial in maybe keeping an eye out for you).Is it possible to update the gate so that it can open and close by itself and have 4 different codes to it for each neighbor to enter/exit?

It's one of the things I love most and I'm so grateful I get to witness this compassionate side of humanity.
