I would generally say no if you don't have a property unless you're looking for peace of mind knowing that you've set your financial life properly. 

There are risks and rewards like anything else in life.  

So, overall, I think these four areas are very distinct in the style of life they offer.

Crazy.... you are letting someone you dont know live in possibly the biggest investment in your life.... and you dont check out who they are???.....

How many people every year pour out there life savings to come for a vacation, just from TX, not even mentioning the US or rest of world.
