I am at a point in life I like the lazy river investing strategy not the rollercoaster ride.

This is a buy and hold investment with the hope to ride some appreciation from all the development of Microsoft.Can anyone recommend a reputable Property Manager? 

or do people not really travel with horses?

Sure the concept is good (search engines), but you backed the wrong horse.

It was a wild ride for him, especially in the first year, but seeing guests enjoy the space made it all worthwhile.Given your engineering background and rehab experience, you're well-equipped to handle the complexities.

Riding through Neiborhood.

It would be nice though if they communicated and if they need to ride it out so be it thats just the market we are in for those types of assets.
