I have no doubt that they do that for a price, as such, that is a cost incurred by the Norris group and perhaps one of several reasons why the price must be adjusted accordingly.Be that as it may, as stated, no matter who you use for paid education, just make sure that you have the capabilities to apply the knowledge learned in the real world (or that you have your hand held while practicing it) and that the educator not only has the real knowledge/experience and practices currently what they are teaching, but that they are also reputable.

We removed the cabinet trim and hardware, sanded everything down with an electric hand sander and handheld sandpaper/blocks.

Especially in the beginning, there's a steep learning curve to overcome and some special materials you'll need to buy that you probably don't have and can't get easily, especially if you want to try to do it with a handheld belt sander (which takes a lot longer than a drum sander and edger you might rent).

and enough pots pans and eating stuff to last 8 days, or would you need maid service more often.If the sink has a hand held squirt nozzle and a soap filled sponge wand it's easier than doing dishes by hand.The maid could change the sheets and towels, vacuum, cleanse the kitchen NSF sanitary (including the fridge), take the garbage to the curb, put down some carpet fresh, etc...Let the boys divvy up grass, snow shoveling and who makes the pot roast, carrots and potatoes for that night (that's a real muscle building meal).If you do go with a maid, it might be wise to pick one they won't be hitting on all the time, to ensure she is there to get her work done vs etc...

Do you want your handheld and attend in person seminars and interact with people or are you comfortable with tech and want the most out of your business without giving so much up of what you earn.I am with eXp and love it.

Gurus capitalize cause they know most will turn realestate into rocket science and need their hand held.

I've got both a larger rain-type shower head and a hand-held nozzle in my bathroom and I love the rain head (I don't even mess with the mounted/hand-held one).
