WOuld love for people to have weddings there... it has a 5 acre beautiful grass field that can easily be used. 

I got fed up and sent them several e-mails demanding a refund of my $5k but they kept ignoring them.I wrote letters to attorney generals in my home state and in Florida where Justin is from hoping that they would help me.

If you can still afford to pay them at least 2.5-3 times what their normal rent/mo would be - it can work but you have to be able to keep them busy/fed at the same time. 

In many of the western states, the Feds own 60-80% of the total land.But in answer to the original question, I don't see it helping, we don't need housing where most Fed land is.....

My dad, a carpenter self-employed for 30+ years, was working on the house next door, and saw him cutting the grass one day and struck up a conversation with him, he said "Have her make me an offer".

We know that what happened was fed attacked it economically aggressively and pumped large amount of money into the economy.  

The Fed cut rates by 50 basis points on September 18, initiating a new loosening cycle.

, caulking (re caulk all the bathrooms), landscaping and grass (1 dead plant that needs replaced, bald spots in the yard).

We know it's challenging because so much has changed post COVID, fed rate hikes, etc. but that's how you avoid rehab mistakes, bad neighborhoods, and terrible deals.
