Despite being a very gentle winter on the east coast, the past month has caused me several headaches. 

This has resulted in a steady, but gentle (compared to the 80's), increase in property values. 2 – The Greenbelt effect The Greenbelt was enshrined due to legislation passed by the Government of Ontario in 2005.

I was imagining ripping the newly install carpet and then gently pulling up the maple floor.

Get in front of them and have them gently remind him there is a buyer for the property.

I've never owned any rental properties so please be gentle!

You can't really push them too hard but must gently move them along without being pushing and offending the money players.  

In my (rather inexperienced) opinion, I think it's much like any trade (lawyers, insurance agents, CPA's, realtors, and so on) in REI - some are great:- Responsive- Call / email back quickly- Lots of detail/informationand so on.Whilst others are relatively useless to be gentle about it.I've seen both sides (who thought finding a decent (insert profession here - I've seen it with insurance, accounting, legal, etc.!)

I sprayed them down with some water and gently lifted them up, trying not to break them apart, and sealed them up in plastic bags. 

I spent $700 extra on the make ready to upgrade from buff/polish to a complete sand but it now has the most beautiful re-finished hardwood floors.
