I understand that you cannot discriminate based on race, color, religion, nationality, age, gender, familial status, disability, veteran status, and genetic information.As I understand this, I cannot discriminate against Caucasians any more than I can discriminate against African Americans.

I stick with the neutral/earth tones to avoid being gender specific..my tenant love it , I do allow them to paint if they like or even do a highlight wall, knowing they have to bring it back to a neutral color upon move out
