This is becoming more true for government employees clearly given the recent "Use It" act which will require 400,000 government employees to go from a remote to a hybrid role which started in January of 2024 and will continue to ramp up as time goes on (Source 1, Source 2)This trend will continue as companies realize more increasingly they need to be at least hybrid to be competitive.

Not enough people to generate the demand to sell enough houses for that size property and not enough people for a factory or something to come to because they wouldn't be able to get enough employees from the surrounding areas.Is that a good hunting area?

Part of the deal, just annoying when payments don’t go through when they should and these companies are difficult to deal with (as nice as their Filipino call center employees are, I’m spending too much time on the phone with them).

This is easy to explain and I think it would be helpful for the public to understand that agents are typically independent contractors and not employees, and that their brokerage actually receives the commission, not the agent.
