It's like putting your hand in the ocean, taking a picture of the fish you caught, and asking the internet if it's good.

It always seemed like a huge headache and probably not meant for a little fish investor like myself. 

That is absolutely nuts...We had Zillow and they kept upcharging and the lead quality went down.

There is a lot to do, lake fishing, trout fishing in the river, kayaking, tubing the river in the summer, hiking, wineries, breweries, petting zoo, go carts; I could keep going...

I would send this to the insurance commission in FLA and they will investigate I am sure.. that would be easier than the FBI as those guys basically just go for the big fish and this guy in the scope of things is  just a tad pole.

I just see this in the few I have rented in Montana the last few years for fishing..

Some of them are nuts and evil.

However especially considering the tenants are hitting that monthly nut for you, there are much better uses for that money.
