You can do both basic housing aimed at students (they usually aren't hard to impress, just want a safe place to sleep - they don't need fancy and usually won't maintain fancy) and higher-end housing geared towards all of the professionals who work at the area hospitals, and everyone who works in Albany area in general.

Large Fancy homes Et cetera without taking steps to protected there wealth.But this thread does not seem to be about wealth protection, it seems to be about advice to people just starting out trying to build their wealth.

It's something that looks important and fancy,  but doesn't actually tell you anything about business performance.

So I dress & head over to discover she had our maintenance guy on the lower roof trying to remove the melting snow & ice.The ambient thaw had started & the elderly lady decided to open the window several hours earlier.....she doesn't pay for heat..YET!!!

I'd be happy to connect if you wish to know more. totally disagree. this isn't super fancy but from the data I can find (this is a 3 year home value chart from Redfin which is pretty accurate and the best data aggregator I've seen) and it shows that Cleveland actually isn't "steadily increasing".
