It would typically involve adding a vapor barrier (there are excellent paint on products), fastening furring strips to the brick, add the insulation, and then either drywall or siding.....

I either refinish what is there as in one inch oak original from 1910 or if fur just use paint on older home rentals.In my home used .99 cent builder grade compressed sawdust that has held up well because I am careful and don't let a lot of water sit on it.

.,3 - ...as you will tell them, they killed 3 endangered species of spiders (this is where you give them names, like Gomez, Leggs, and Webmaster), and send them a notice (official looking) stating this and the potential consequences (fines mostly) for doing so.4 - Then you tell them about the 4 other spiders, and yes they have names too, and the 3 mice (with names) and the large rat (fur ball), all on the endangered species list.

We do medium-term furnished rentals in Denver and Colorado Springs (as do a. lot of our investor clients) and with so many remote workers not having kids (but having fur babies), we've found that being pet-friendly is a big draw.
