Currently we use 20 foot extension ladders.  

Then the day before we were supposed to close they asked for another 3 week extension.

We always leave those extensions and dates up to a client's CPA.

Used those extensively and on big projects multi millions. then you had a redemption date usually 30 to 60 days.

Once you have a shortlist, sign up for an account with each one and test them extensively to see how they function.

I suspect the builder has crappy credit and can't get approved on their own.Also, as a former banker myself, local banks aren't generally interested in financing new construction on this size of project or a builder that doesn't have extensive experience in these type of builds, in my opinion.
