This is a smaller (1300 sq ft) and older home (1970) but surrounded by similar homes, and would be perfect for someone trying to get their kid in this well esteemed school system.

Hello,I found a property in Evans, GA in a very well established and esteemed neighborhood.

Its become increasingly cumbersome however to generate reports, so thought we'd ask this esteemed forum some advice.  

It varies but usually comes out in subtle ways when people express unchallenged ignorant ideas that haven't gone through the critical thinking gauntlet - for instance, lumping 'groups' of people together (ie: you're a contractor if you're doing things that someone thinks a contractor would do), buying into this false premise of letting others determine what occupations/etc should be held in esteem, etc.  

Well, I don't doubt your expertise or experience but it seems many esteemed brokers differ with you.
