I remember working with a friend who inherited his aunt’s home.. he got so caught up in the emotional side of it that he forgot the nuts and bolts..like having a good plan for the renovation budget and timeline.

Going to start by checking into local REÍ meetups and talking to some friends and family that are doing what I’d like to.

Hey @Matt Agnew I would get a friend or someone who knows you to lend THEIR IRA money to YOUR IRA.

At the price point you qualify for, I'd be looking at a more landlord friendly state with more approachable price points.

@Austin BullThere are a lot of us here that are Investor Friendly Agents in the greater Phoenix metro.

I found this deal from my friends parents who live directly across the street.

That's one of our biggest risks it seems, however, ND is more friendly than the MN side.  

My realtor/contractor/friend agreed to show them to me.
