Limit on rentals and we are above that limit today, so no new buyers at this time can buy to rent.

Overall we both would win it seems quite big, esp w interest only the cashflow would be positive. he didnt really like we are doing an appraisal as he might be thinking he can pull a fast one on us w his price tag.. again happy to overpay as i see the potential but obv not outrageously. 2) Can principal be payed down in interest only seller financing? 

For rentals, we are looking for a good balance of mild cashflow and appreciation in B and C class neighborhoods. 

Given we will still do our due diligence on the property, but we are able to move a lot quicker than traditional lenders. 

We are property managers with homes throughout Kissimmee and also in Orlando near the convention center and Universal’s new theme park, opening in May.

We have been doing this constantly in Boise as we are such a high appreication market, but still more cost effective than CA.
