In the beams and wood plank flooring, we sanded and sealed with tung oil. 

I like how the wood look turned out and it is very pretty in person.

Wood moves a lot, vinyl not so much.

It’s 2.5 hrs from nyc and 20 minutes from the original Woodstock / bethel woods. 

Coming across Walhalla is what drove me to your neck of the woods . . .

The wood was soft when probed.

I am trying to get a neutral scheme that will appeal to a range of tenants, and by doing so leaning towards a more natural or darker wood look instead of a grey for the floors but there are a bunch of color options.Any opinions or tips in the matter are much appreciate, and if anyone has used this color scheme with Lifeproof flooring before that would be great!
