Hi Mark,You pose an interesting question: Which will add more value to a flip... a clunky, dysfunctional, outdated floorplan with an extra bedroom, or an open, updated, more functional plan, with one less bedroom?

It was incredibly disjointed and dysfunctional.

This is more than an oddity to me - it makes the sink and the kitchen essentially dysfunctional.  

Miles Landing is totally dysfunctional.

I honestly think Lawrence could be the true up and comer if they could ever get a handle on their unpredictable politics/ dysfunctional local government.

Which means it's likely to happen again in the future.All in all, the system is more dysfunctional than most people realize. 

Cost of living, state tax, dysfunctional government are.

Seems like there are alot more but do not underestimate the dysfunction of the Chicago Public Schools.

I had a nightmarish experience with Vacasa.They are a poorly managed dysfunctional management company -- if you're not committed to a year long contract get out while you can.

The one's who will service them are highly incompetent and dysfunctional.
