You didn't know real estate is just like the start-up tech space, everything is a new, disruptive idea...The fun thing about real estate is: it has all been done, and it is "safe" because there isn't a bunch of terribly unique ideas.  

When you get into interior work, it will all disrupt the tenant.  

It's not like property management is something new and disruptive.

Starting initially on the West Coast in San Francisco and other cities in California, companies like Waypoint, Invitation Homes, American Homes 4 Rent and Tricon began to enter the single family rental asset class with lots of cash and an appetite for disruption.

I'm not a lawyer but that kind of intentional action meant to disrupt their relationship with another could be considered tortuous interference.
