I would have gladly paid more for the success it has brought us!

I brought my nephew with me for about 12 of my trips last year and I am much more limited this year, but I have been pretty much running the shadow management(managing the PMs as my co-assistant with another gal) on about 3 of our STRs and 2 of our LTRs so he has his hands full.

Needs to be brought up to spec by seller before bank will finance.  

Tenant brought throw rugs . so at turn over it was just take a fire hose to the interior for the turn. :) LOVE IT. 

Another old buddy in San Antonio picked up a modest fourplex a few years back, and while it never turned into a headline-worthy success, those steady rent checks stacked up over time as local employers brought in fresh workers.

Am I, as the owner, responsible for pests that may or may not exist outside of the house and are brought into the house by the Tenant's dogs?

I brought him everything - paint, supplies, etc.

(I remember when my dad bought some books from Amazon.com in 1996 or 1997; he wasn’t a pioneer, but he was a fairly early adopter, and immediately recognized the consumer value that Amazon brought.) 

It was pretty wild I brought my plane down from Oregon and had it hangered at Hawkins field which I did not realize at the time was the middle of the hood.. but it was safe and Jackson was a good base to fly to my other markets.
