Quality renters are responsible pet owners who will not allow their animals to destroy a home or take responsibility if something happens.

@Bradley SnyderNever done it but I would guess there are homes that do not have insurance that get destroyed and homeowners will walk from them.

In my example, the public adjuster is looking at what you are insured for and making sure you are paid WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PAID.If you insured a Picasso painting for $1 million dollars because that was its value you would expect to receive $1 million if it was destroyed!

This ensures you can access these docs from anywhere and if they originals get destroyed you have the digital copies.

The damage to the property can be handled over the next several weeks (large tree on roof, landscaping destroyed), though it is unclear when we will regain power and water (potentially weeks beyond repair?).

Even I was close to a  fabulous house but the inspector was so thorough and he mentioned Wood Destroying Organisms and we found so much termite infestation in the attic etc that I decided it was too much work and moved on:)

Locals strongly advised I don't do it, saying I'd get destroyed.
