I won’t even remember all of this fuss once it all goes dark.

But our place is currently dark.

However, as great a generator as appreciation may be, it does have a dark side.

Your place reads dark with all of the ceiling wood- I don't think you had professional photos taken indoors? 

I want to be able to follow and shadow him and Soak in all the rehab knowledge and I want him to feel like it isnt all 1 sided by giving him a piece of the reward especially with so many benefits to the work being done if he is involved deeper in it.

How dark do you go with cabinets and others items you mentioned?

I also agree with about the photos, you need to hire a professional, you don't even have lights on in many of the photos, it looks dark and dreary, plus the dead grass...

None of this is useful without knowing the age/quality and ease of replacement tenant if it goes dark.

Or 3/4, or who know's what but in end, there left a shadow of what they were prior.
