Sorry for the confusion as I usuaply write these pretty fast.

For people who are still confused about the courses, my suggestion is "Think before you do". 

Everyone always confuses PMC liability insurance on their own office and Errors & Ommission insurance with rental property liability coverage.

Then they're confused why they aren't going to break even when they have an a unit that needs work post-eviction. 

It’s a bit confusing.

The bank had a problem with my holding LLC and after speaking with the law firm who created the LLC they were still confused. 

There is a lot of confusion about what comprises closing costs and prepaids and understandably so.

No other state allows RE Brokers to do loans.. sounds like some confusion on RE broker and Mortgage Broker.

So I'm very confused asking if there are any institutions that will take bitcoin as down payment (Which seems extravagantly easy because a bank or lender  could/would simply convert to USD) vs you stating that they take them as collateral, which seems like the more difficult task.

Of course, when that program doesn't make a mint in a month, they are confused.
