thanks for your time and help 1st off, full disclosure here, Rent To Retirement advertises their properties on my Investment Properties For Sale Show, so I am not a totally unbiased opinion and it's only fair that I tell you this up frontHaving said that, outside of running my show for people like them, I also own a property management company in Northeast Ohio and have worked with 1,000's of out of state investors over the years.I say all of that to say this, the overwhelming majority of negative reviews I have seen on them are very similar to a lot of negative experiences investors have with my property management company and others like it that I've worked with.

Thank you to the Brrrr method and a great team, we've been able to grow quicklyUnfortunate though, we have had a less than pleasant experience with our current property management company. 

I'm interested in hearing experiences on what companies or custodians work best, what pitfalls to watch out for, and any red flags during the process.

I don't want to only be an investor, I'd much rather be a GP and lead syndicates, raise funds, all the things I've been doing already with my recruiting agency.

I've seen flippers run into last-minute delays selling when the title company notifies them of the need for additional documentation late in the process.

A company out of Canada I think that says they do placements for insurance companies for displaces families.
