If the property is in  Blythe and you don't have a lot of experience dealing with people who don't pay rent, your learning curve is going to be faster and steeper than a tall roller coaster going down hill.I don't think it is too ambitious.

Sadly, it is a roller coaster of ups and downs.

Ride that roller coaster!

It has already been a crazy roller coaster ride, one day everything is smooth sailing, the next day we run into a major issue that needs a remedy.

It wasn't until I was in my late teens did I start to show an interest in it, and by that time it was the middle of '08-'10 and I was highly discouraged from making that my career of choice.Of course time went on, and as I'm sure you all know, the oil & gas industry is a roller coaster, and during the last lull, I tried my hand at real estate full time, and became licensed as an agent in Louisiana.

(And we also want to ride all of the big roller coasters of the world!)  

Real estate is a roller coaster and right now this ride is near the top which means profit margins are thin.
