Hi @Wade C. and fellow Bigger Pockets Hosts,I’m currently in the third week of my trial with Intellihost, and I’m finding it promising so far.

I still go to court because at a trial, someone needs to testify on the landlord side, and an attorney cannot do that. 

I was going through the platform last night with the 2 month free trial, whats the likelihood of generating a deal in that amount of time?

Everything else will come out long down the rd in trial but for now I’m just picking brains and finding more facts with supporting evidence for actual OCGA law and or other repercussions the lender could face once we finally bring this up or I begin working with the FBI and local authorities on the other matters in the case and want to have as much info I can get ahead of time to begin documenting any case law etc to expedite the process later. 

She had an attorney representing her during yesterday's hearing, and the case was continued for trial.
