It is difficult to maintain, it scratches, it warps, it stains, it needs to be cleaned with cleaners made for wood floors, pets tear it up, it transfers noise, it shows wear patterns, etc.

i use mine for STR so it is really nice to have notification when a guest arrives or when cleaners are there.But even for LTR, being able to control codes and provide access for maintenance from a distance is a nice convenience.

So for instance for our lead organization & management, I clean the lists up in google sheets and then download as a .CSV file and upload into Airtable (google sheets on steroids) where its easier and cleaner to manage.I use Airtable to manage our raw leads data - I have a trigger set up, that whenever we change the status to "qualified", that lead will go into our CRM (Salesmate.io) where we track our contacts and deals.

He really helped me get started. you can easily do this on your own, but i highly recommend getting a cleaner. you can automate messeneging, pricing, and checkin/out process.

I'd think if you had a cleaner come in to handle that aspect and then used an app to manage the leases and things you'd be in pretty good shape.
