Most of the time, people who have never even made an offer end up with 2-3 submitted LOIs in the first 1-2 weeks, and we celebrate small victories like that to build momentum and confidence. 

This doe t mean that the poster is someone in cohorts or a “supporter” of the person, business or methodology you claim defrauded you.Based on my posts in the other thread on the same topic, I have been receiving emails providing additional information purported to show proof of fraud, though I have NO WAY of verifying it.

When a broker or wholesaler contacts me claiming to have access to XYZ number of off market properties a month, that's my cue to run or unsubscribe from their mailing lists.

I would take them all to small claims court for the damages in your apartment.  

But I'd like to see Lynnette's projects to support your claim "the portfolio was a 30% increase in cost to the consumers" since in TN, NC, VA, NC PPAs are priced at avoided costs. 

Aloha does updates on the property and claims they still have confidence the property will sell, and we'll get our investment back plus all interest owed since default.   

If it all checks out OK, they could just replace that section, mud, tape and paint and it'll only cost you a few hundred bucks rather than filing a claim with your insurance.  

The wife can get her name off of the property by doing a quit claim deed to him, but that does not get her name off of the loan.
