However some of my best months are in the winter; we have visiting families for SU students, a ton of traveling nurses, and we are about to have the biggest chip manufacturing plant in the country. 

We could all chip in make it worth his/her while....Please keep your ears to the ground on this!  

Do i fix this up with 20-30k and cash in my chips and look for a new opportunity.

Over the years as they’ve apparently grown bigger, they seem to project a “better than thou” image with a chip on their shoulder and that doesn’t sit well with me.  

Intel just broke ground on the largest chip facility in the world which will also help.

Well, since it seems like this thread has gone a bit cold.Let's see if we can "re-ignite" the fire and get some comments 🤷‍♂️My heart is worn on my sleeve and I got nothing to hide.When we make a mistake, it's an honest mistake and we always do our best to rectify.Never hiding or running away from problems.We have been in the business since 2014 and are still here, chipping away through ups and downs.We have stood the test of time and that speaks for itself.How many other providers can say the same?

And if there's any paint chipping it's likely you fail automatically so cover those up.

Now someone with more legal knowledge may be able to chip in and explain if there is a way to avoid that in a worst case scenario.
