That said, there are PLENTY of chances to get ALL of your questions answered and network.

You might get lucky and get matched right away but chances are, there isn't a fire happening right were you are at, and with the right home / school / budget, etc. 

If this is a Class A property in a Class A area, you have the least chance of getting a bad tenant. 

No chance I can be finished with the house by then.

I have been on BP a long time and maybe about eight years ago , a person had a small chance of finding a posted house for sale here that can be flipped.

My advice is to keep trying because all it took was to find the right smaller bank willing to take a chance on me. 

Most likely the new lender is going throught the foreclosure process and typically will end up taking the property back.The original posters chances of getting this property back now is slim to none as it will be sold at market value.
