I am a foreign investor residing in Singapore and am also currently doing my tertiary studies.

we will become just like Japan  Singapore and other countries that have to import labor.. but I suppose in a more controlled manner.. welcome in the out of country labor just document them and do keep the criminals out.. there is a seedy side to all this as you know.

However, i am unfamiliar with how to start investing locally (in Singapore) and how can i start investing overseas as well?

Its in Centre County, PA and a couple of the nearby cities are Boalsburg, Centre Hall, Port Matilda, Pine grove, Ramblewood, Bellefonte, Philipsburg, Clarence, Tyrone. 

There is a big city centre plan thats been happening and zonings are changing.

Have food stamps only used at WIC stores- Do what Singapore does on drug dealers.
