Somehow my "Flying Phoenix" LLC has been taken to be a ranch and I get catalogs, flyers and phone calls offering equipment and supplies.  

I will see everyone around and hope to keep a decent catalog of my experience so that I can pass on what ill learn when I'm successful or when I make the inevitable mistake.

It was expensive.I would look at advanced framing to reduce the amount of lumber in the wall LONG before I tried something that wasn't in the catalog.

Supplier catalogs are online, find the unit part #s and reference those. 

Some ideas that come to mind:A tool that…- emails you a list of newly listed properties that fit your buy box criteria- catalogs a list of your contacts (agents, private money, etc.), plus a way that you can send mass emails to everyone or to people in specific categories- shows you markets where housing prices are dropping the fastestMaking enterprise-level software takes a lot of man-power.

Looking to start a new accounting program with the new year, and one of the most important parts of it is to be able to catalog receipts virtually.
