Questions I'd have if I were in your shoes would be based around how the CAM expenses, management, taxes etc are going to work. 

It took aprox 5 years but using the lines I was given I was able to build up to a point Dell offered me $150k in revolving credit.Just my 2 cents.I suppose if you use a holding company get this the DUNs #.
