At some point if you want to be an Entrepreneur you have to burn the ships. 

My best guess would be you had carryover losses but consider the opportunity cost of burning them up.

I think tenants who burn landlords should be held accountable.

A lot of investors used short-term bridge loans in 2021/2022, which are burning a lot of investors now.
